To update the address on an order already placed, you must submit a ticket via the Help widget or by navigating to https://rippasend.freshdesk.com/support/home. Changing your address through your account will NOT update your order’s shipping address.
Click the Submit a ticket in the top right corner of the screen
- Select Rippasend from the drop down
- Provide the required contact information and your order number (if you have multiple that need updated at one time, please include them all in the description instead of submitting multiple tickets)
- Choose "I need to update my order address" from the How can we help? drop down.
You will need to provide the team with the order number(s), your previous address, and the new address. If there is a difference in shipping the team will do 1 of 2 things:
- If the new shipping price is higher, you will be sent an invoice to pay the difference
- If the new shipping price is lower, you will be refunded the difference
- If there is no change in shipping price, no further action will be required
