You may cancel an order by submitting a ticket via our Help widget in the bottom right corner of the screen or by navigating to https://rippasend.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
- Select Rippasend from the drop down.
- Please provide the required contact information as well your order number.
- Select "I'd like to cancel my order" from the How can we help? drop down.
- Include a brief subject as well as a description of why you would like to cancel the order.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
Orders may be cancelled up until the fulfillment process begins.
A refund will be submitted to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.
