I submitted an order but have not received confirmation.

After submitting an order, you should receive confirmation via email within 10 minutes. If you have not received confirmation, please log in to your Account and check your Orders tab. If the order has been processed it will be shown there.

If it is not shown it is possible that the payment failed, or you were not logged in when submitting your order.  Please submit a ticket with the support team so they can confirm that your order was successfully processed.
