Returning or Exchanging Undamaged Items
To return or exchange an undamaged item, you must cover the cost and risk of shipping the item back to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Please send the item to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. A refund will be processed to your original payment method only after we receive the item or you provide proof of return delivery.
To initiate a return, submit a ticket with our customer service team via the Help widget or at https://rippasend.freshdesk.com/support, including the tracking information for the return shipment.
Damaged Items or Errors
Damaged items or errors on our part (e.g., misprints) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team to start the review process.
